Main Ingredients:

Glass is formed by melting together silica and other chemicals (the main raw materials are: soda, lime(CaO), quartz). A continuous network structure is formed during melting, and the viscosity gradually increases during the cooling process and hardens to cause crystallization of the silicate-based non-metal material. The chemical composition of common glass is Na2SiO3, CaSiO3, SIO2 or Na2O.CaO.6SiO2, etc. The main component is a double salt of silicate, which is an amorphous solid with irregular structure.

Material Category:

The glass is divided into ordinary white material, expensive white material, ultra-white material, and crystalline white material. Different color materials can directly affect the transparency and brittleness of glass products. The better quality of the glass products produced by the better raw materials. The price of the material is also different. The most ordinary white glass bottles are used in the production of ingredients to regenerate materials (commonly known as broken glass), and the formula of expensive white and crystalline white materials far exceeds the ordinary white material. The expensive white glass needs to select the fine material with high impurity and high density and quartz sand, and the crystalline white material is basically quartz stone as the main material silica as the auxiliary material, and then processed.

Manufacturing Process:

Quartz, soda, feldspar and limestone as raw materials, for forming glass bottle. We need to be incorporated into some auxiliary materials, including clarifiers, fluxes, opacifiers, colorants, decolorants, oxidants and reducing agents, etc. It is melted at a high temperature, homogenized, processed and formed, and then annealed.

Material Properties:

Perspective, good light transmission, simple manufacturing process, free and changeable shape, high hardness, heat, clean, easy to clean, low tensile strength, can be used repeatedly.

Processing Methods:

The main processing methods of glass are various, such as manual blowing, mechanical blowing, extrusion molding, drawing method, and so on. Among them, expensive white material glass is basically produced in I.S. machines, and most of the crystalline white materials are produced by artificial machines.

Cosmetic packaging Application:

Glass containers for cosmetics are mainly expensive materials, and high-grade products are also made of crystalline white materials, such as perfume bottles. The glass is deep-processed to form containers such as cream bottles, serums, toners, and essential oil bottles.

Sustainable Development:

After the glass products are sold in the market, they can be recycled, reprocessed, and reused.
